Xuan's Collection

Oh ya here very popular in collecting quarter coins because since 1999, the states have been slowly issuing different states quarter coins and till now it is still issuing. All the states have different pictures to represent themselves. We bought this map from Michaels and here is xuan's collection so far.

Nice hor with the map picture. For people like me who is very confuse with the states, it is the best of the best. Haha

Mint's Dessert - Apple Crumble

Wow thanks to Felin who send me this receipe. Very nice. haha. Althought abit troublesome but it is all worth it. This can be one of my dish if there is any event. All of my families and friends waiting in Singapore, wait oh! haha i know i own you guys alot of dishes. haha

Battle with Coconut

Haha. Everyone is specialised in sometime. Same to Pa Sa Ma Lum man who sell coconut. It do need skill. Hee hee here are the photos of how i can finally eat coconut. hehe

Taste so sweet and refreshing. Best for summer! Conclusion: Coconut must choose heavy means alot of water and green indicate the flesh is soft.

But of cos finally good husband who spend 15mins chopping the coconut and me 15mins clearing the mess. haha

Pilates in US

oh my god.. just back from my first pilate class. It is real stress sia. Now aching all over. It is alot of toning of muscles... Imagine sweat dripping even you are in air con room. Dont know tomorr still can go for regular yoga class anot. haha.

A differences i found between US and Spore. US Yoga is more relax and Pilates is more stress whereas in Spore is totally opposite.

But guess i will still like to go again even my heart is dieing to leave the class during the lesson. haha

Sand & Thunder Storm

Last night is my first ever raining day that lasted the whole night. It started off with sand storm in the evening abt 4pm US time and later in the night it started to pour that lasted the whole night. This morning when i open the door to drive xuan to work i have a feeling of Fall is here. haha. So shiok.. Temp 77 F with roads still wet. Dont even need to on the air con in the car.

My Babies' photos

Haha, i dont have dogs or kids but i have plants and latest update, my chilli padi grown taller. Should have made some measurement. Abit too extra hor. haha. Latest achievement, i manage to grow peppermint. haha. Those leaves that are rounder belongs to the peppermint.

Still cant figure out why it fail the first time. Anyway why bother haha. Faint...

Okie should go back and plan my tour hehe.

My yoga Centre

Here is where i have my Yoga lesson. Normally we (all the tai tais) will have our breakfast cum lunch after the session.

Dim Sum @ Arizona

Hi everyone, here are the pictures of Arizona.

We have Arizona "so call" best dim sum restraunt. Of cos can never compare with "hong xing" but " no fish, prawn also good" haha.

Next location is Ikea. Well.. everything exactly same as Singapore. Not sure abt prices but heard from most people the prices are the same which mean Singapore is still cheaper... Oh my god... US currency is stronger and stronger.. 1.42 Faint... Should convert more US currency 2 month ago when it is 1.3..

Oh ya for those who can imagine Oriental Supermarket. Here is it. This is one of the oriental supermarket. There is another one which is consider nearer from our home is Lee n Lee.

Sudden Flash Back

Today log in to my facebook and read through all the updates that was sent to me. Going through the photos albums i posted and suddenly my mind have alot of flash back of what i been though in Phillip Futures, the peoples and the events. Watching the smiling faces on everyone in the video. I suddenly have an unspoken kind of happiness especially with the photo written best partner. I guess such feeling can only be understand by me and my partner. Am i right partner?

Sambal Prawn

Here is my latest attempt - Sambal Prawn. Shiok haha. Arizona is a desert so to get fresh prawn is not so easy and normally i use frozen prawn. This is my first time buying and cooking fresh prawn. haha. Very "kua zhang" right after nearly 2 months here.

Finally found something - Yoga

Yeh yeh, i finally found something to do. I join some ladies for yoga lesson. Best is it is free. It is lesson organised by the airbase. Good right? Safe cos only millitary personnel / people related to millitary then can access and is free. But i find the yoga classes abit boring. Maybe Singapore yoga too challenging liao. Next maybe go try Pilate. Heard the pilates are more challenging but on the other hand maybe i cant cope. haha

Will update on which is more suitable for me.

Thailand dessert - Cute & Nice

Ever tried this dessert before? Xuan say he first seen it in Coca Restraunt and during is trip in Thailand. He say this kind of dessert hard to find. Hehe is make of "tou sa" and it is interesting in a way it look as if like real with the leaves, shapes and colours.

Ever seen how spolit noodles look like? Here is it. haha. But somehow i feel i look cute and interesting. Dont you think so too? It grow such a sweet blue poker dots.

Haha me and xuan each bought a polo T-shirt at USD25. Best part is it is kid size. haha. Adult one no discount but kids one have. Well.. not bad we still can wear kid size.

Oh ya we spotted one shop specially make chocolate rolls. Cute hor. Haha but very sin to eat. hehe
