Back from Las vegas

Time passes extremely fast for weekend especially when u are out for fun. Finally restored all my energy and start clearing the mess we have created from Las Vegas.

Today i have "Ba Zhang" for breakfast from my frens. Haha well of course can never compare with those made by mummy but it is also consider not bad.

Xuan is out for detachment again. Planning alot of events with the ladies. I guess maj will take most of the time. haha

Cloudy Day

Today is a cloudy day. Guess such weather will stay for the weekend. Feeling quite confortable with birds chipping and the smell of rain from yesterday pour.

Tomorrow i'm going to Las Vegas for a long weekend with Memorial Day on the Monday. Wish me luck to grab whatever good deals around.

Going to do come spring cleaning for my kitchen and will be close for service for the next 4 days. Yeh yeh!!!

Yesterday is my last day of ENG071 course. We have an informal presentation on our final portfolio and we wrap up our 3 months course with this group photo.

Oh gosh.. why i look so fat... Should stand behind instead.. Too bad cos i am the one suggesting for a group photo and so the person who set the timer.

Crocs Warehouse Sales!!

Last sunday is a sunny day. Planning to complete all 4 mini coarses but it is too hot that we decided to end the mini golf completing only coarse 3 if i did not remember wrongly. While we were playing, we happened to spot a big banner wrote "Crocs Warehouse Sale" and so unintentionally i spent almost USD60. Haha but still very good deal.

Groceries Shopping at Cosco

Well i guess i am left with 2 to 3 visits to Cosco and i will be packing my bag home to Singapore. The thing i like best is the rows and rows of free sampling food and the wide varieties of fruits. But of course u cannot compare it with our toipical country Singapore and Malaysia.

Oh ya forget to mention. This is the place where i get my regular supply of fish.

P.S. Those fishs are frozen, skinned, deboned and nicely packed pieces by pieces. Hehe

Hakka Soon Kueh

Yeh yeh i finally successfully made Hakka Soon Kueh. Eh... should i phase it in this way? Hehe this is my first time doing and it is so successful. The skin is so smooth and i happen to have one smiling at me. Hehe.

I guess my friend who love pink will like this cos the yam cause the skin to turn pink colour when it is streamed.
