Tonight dinner!

Quite good food o. Got steam cod fish haha. Clearing my fridge for the weekend. And my first attempt to "Gu lo york -Sweet pork" Xuan say nice o. haha Sometimes i find i so clever. Anyhow throw in food and cook also not bad. Haha

Dinner at Bufflo Wings

New dining place for me. Yesterday is tuesday so all chicken wings at bufflo is sold as 40cent each. So most of us no cook go there eat. We purely only order chicken wings. Haha guess how many wings we ordered for 4 person to share. 100 pieces of chicken wings. (But of cos is the drum and joint counted as 2 pieces la).

Each basket have a total of 25 pieces

Me and Xuan only can take 15pieces each and my other 2 fren one eaten 30 and one 20. Haha siao right? But fun.

It is quite a crowded and happening place with many people and one attraction of this place is they have game for the customer to place. All u need is to get from the the controller and you can play cards together on the big screen.

The plan for this week!

Yeh yeh! Coming weekend i going New York. This week my plan is to pack my bag and get my stuff all charged such as camera, psp, and Hp. All have 2 battery each. And of course clear my memory card. Haha. I very "kaisu" right? But why bother. It will be more torturing not to have them. Haha

Hanger for clothing

Yeh yeh! I finally found a cheap and not bad hanger for my clothes from Walmart. Start to dry clothes using natural drying method than putting them into the dryer. Although is easier, however it cause the clothes to shrink... Make me feel as if i grown fatter and fatter with the clothes going smaller and smaller.

Steamboat again!

Haha sick of burgers and sandwiches. Steamboat at home especially i have all the ingredient in my fridge. My theory " i can still survive at home even if there is any fight outside"

Fresh prawn from Lee and Lee and nice,delicious and expensive fish from Costco.

Haha after waiting for more than half an hour, we decided to change the pot to rice cooker. The slow cooker is really extreme slow that dont even feel the heat. Faint...

Carrot Cake at "Mei Xin"

Oh Mei Xin is a vietnam restraunt that sell carrot cake. It is abt 20min drive from my apartment. So people out there in Singapore. You are so fortunate to have carrot cake everywhere and best part only S$2 to S$3. Imagine our 2 plate of carrot cake cost USD10.

Haha. Very exotic food here. Going learn how to make carrot cake soon. Especially steam one that is sold in ding tai feng and crystal jade. Miss those days in city hall. Almost 2 weeks once lunch at dim tai feng. Argh!!!

Weapon Dept - Hi Bye Dinner

Haha realised i did not upload the photos for weapon dept hi-bye dinner. Oh that night is really all good food from lobster, crab, fake sharkfin, chicken, duck and prawns. I think we had 10 course dinner that night. haha Extreme in but really not bad the seafood. Heard each table only UD 150+. Very worth it right? But not sure the information is right anot cos most restraunt food is quite x therefore most of the time i cook. Imagine each meal for 2 cost us USD50 including tips. I prefer to spend the money on shopping. haha

Very Happening This week

Ai yo this week i very happening. Firstly i meet frens go shopping but Xuan took both sets of keys to work. Because the day before he left me the car and his set of key and took mine instead, however the next day, he did not take out my key and happily took his key out to work. Kow... make me so pai say go ask the management for help. One of them took the master key and help me lock the door and when i home help me open again. So pai Say. Lucky they are very friendly and funny. Ask me to lock xuan at home. Heehee

Thats not the worst...
Immediately the next day, i make sure xuan only take his set of keys to work and i go for my regular yoga classes. While waiting for the others in the club house, i went and took a cup of hot tea and started chatting with Irene and guess what. When everyone is here i took my yoga mat, tea, towel and leave for the car. Next we went to the petrol station to meet polly before the yoga class and there i realised my pouch with my wallet, hp, keys is missing. Stress and panic, i borrowed Linda Hp and called one fren staying in Adiamo for the management numbers and called for help. When i ask if they have seen my pouch, her immediate answer is yes but what color isit. I immediately answered is a black shiny one and a very sweet "honey, yes your pouch is now right on my table". Phew... I am so lucky that one staff went to the club house for coffee and found my pouch. I guess i am famous after these 2 days of up and down the management room. haha. But of course and most importantly, i am glad that my apartment is safe and properly taken care of by the management staffs.

Palm Valley Elementry School

haha, bring Jinwei's daughter to go register for primary sch. Very beautiful hor the sch. Wanted to tour around the sch see how the primary sch class room look like here but too tired after a full day shopping in supermarket cum driver.

Lee n Lee Oriental Supermarket

Here is where i buy fresh fish and prawns. Today all fish is sold as a whole. Non sold as slice. Better not. Whole fish very hard to deal with. Haha. Buy prawn better Nice and easy. Anyway cant buy too much food. Going New York next week.

Ikea Trip - For pillow

Here pillow quality very bad, use awhile go flat liao so go for more altas one. Hehe support pillow from Ikea. Each cost USD19 sia. Ex hor.

Haha but this weekend i fully enjoy myself with food from ikea for lunch and hotdog (50cents)& yogurt ice-cream ($1) for high tea. One each share between me and xuan. Wont so sin. haha

Halloween - Pumpkin

Haha now everywhere i go i see alot of halloween stuff from pumpkin to cute halloween sweets selling at wartmart and many other supermarkets. Here is some cute pumpkin i found in wartmart. At the left hand side is gourd.

Hi Bye dinner @ Air base - 12 Sept 08

Haha, everyone (new personnel & those going back)have to drink a glass of alcohol known can widow-bite. Heard is has 70% alcohol concentration.

They have catered chinese food for us. Taste like typical buffet.

Sand Storm VS Rain

Oh my god, i always thought closing the window will not be important here because it hardly rain but never did i expect there is always another thing to overwrite the situation. It is sand storm. A horrible one. When I am watching drama last wed, i suddenly realise outside is very noisy and went to one window and realise is sand storm. When i walk to the kitchen to close the window, it is all too late. The whole kitchen from the stove to the table to the floor is all covered with a layer of sand. It took me an hour to have everything clean up. Now i know... never to look down on sand storm....

A half opened window for an hr can cause the whole kitchen to be covered with a layer of sand, so you can imagine my balcony (garden)... is it like a ruin..

My attempt to beef

Ai yo, beef is hard to cook. That time try to grill steak but turn out to have those strong Beef smell... This time bought 1 packet of gravy powder with additonal black pepper.

New Book Shelves

Yeh yeh, finally have book shelves for my books. Realise i have alot of books heehee (mean i study alot). Shipped too many barang barang here that left me with no space. I have stacked 2 into 1 as shown. Getting to feel my apartment very small as compared to others (who have kid or 2 guys sharing one apartment) haha.

My god, havent decide how to settle my soft toys. Still lying in the big bag. (Take out will catch dust and make the house look messy but leave it in the bag like wasted, should display them). Argh!!!!!

My chilli Padi - 12 Sept 08

Haha Eileen (PFPL fren) highlight to me i have long no update on my chilli padi. Remembering i have this height measurement cardboard accompanied with the weighing scale i have bought last time. Haha is is meant for kids actually but somehow we are still within the scale range so we bought this instead. Somemore very much cheaper than normal digital. Good deal to be smaller size here sometimes. (You be surprise, most americans are quite slim actually)

Fall is here

Summer is finally over and fall is here. Cant wait for winter. haha

When i first came here i find Singapore is the best with trees flowers everywhere whereas we have tall trees with hardly any leaves as shown and cactus instead. However recently i find the city i am in somehow is quite gardeny too with well maintained trees and colourful flowers.
