Yeh yeh we finally reach washington airport after 6 hrs flight. NewYork is 3 hrs earlier than Arizona which mean is 12 hrs late vs Singapore timing.Taking the free shuttle bus to Avis to collect our rented car. Well... our first encouter with the people is not possitive. The staff in avis is only interested in selling us insurance and pay for this and that than assisting us in our question to the car rental. Not going to rent from avis anymore.
