The Roads Here

The roads here are totally different. Still trying to get used to the roads. Something interesting to share. They have a lane on the expressway specially for cars with 2 or more people (Something like bus lane) during peak hours. But i just find abit weird that everyone can take the road provided if you are not alone. "bi shi" loner haha.

One of the Biggest invention - Washing machine & Dryer

Haha, one of the biggest invention is the invention of washing machine and dryer. Here have 4 season so it is not possible to dry clothes by hanging under the sun. So we have clothes dryer. Cant imagine washing clothes by hand everyday. I will faint. hehe.

Then brand here is totally different from what we have in Singapore. So give a shot in whatever i buy. Never try, never know.

My first attempt to soup

Haha.. alot of first attempt. ABC Soup. I throw in alot of ingredient from celery, corn, red carrot and onion. Guess wat? the corn only cost $0.25 each from wal-mart.

Result of my shopping spree

Here is a winter bag from bath and body works (something similar to body shop). 75% discount costing only $3.50.

Red belt and skirt $3 and $10 from Gap, $3. haha. Compared to Singapore pricing ...

Running out of clothes since my shipment is still struck! Cheap t-shirt from aeropostale and american eagle (United state brand).

Shopping Mall!!! - Arizona Mill

Wow finally have the chance to go shopping mall.. Need 40min drive to reach this shopping mall. It is consider the bigger range shopping mall in Arizona.

Haha what to do, US have less plants, trees but have land. The building are normally 1 lvl but is really big. Here's one of the entrance to the mall.

In-Out

Oh ya this is my first attempt to US fast food other than Mac & KFC. The fries are made from fresh potato and prepared only when ordered. It is always having long drive-thru queue during peak hours.

The clubhouse - Gym

Here is the pictures of the gym that i go regularly. The clubhouse is very nicely and cosy done up but seldom go to the club house cause abit pai say as i sure to pass by the staff there.

Waiting for my swimming stuff to reach so that i can go swimming!!! When can i receive my 12 boxes of stuffs??????

Oh Ya, the entrance to my apartment. Look very plain as compared to some others with plants but of course mine is a smaller unit.

Hi all, by popular demand, here is my apartment pictures. Time passes quickly without realising i'm in thursday but of course i been very hardworking going to the gym. Hope i will remain consistent. Haha

Learn Spanish

Oh i found a place that is quite near where i'm staying. Thinking of learning spanish. Ask me y haha. The main reason is that it is the only language course i can find that is near my place and is cheap. haha. Because Arizona is near mexico and thats is why there is demand for spanish.

Not sure it is hard to learn but well... my life statement. You never try you never know. Right?
Guess if i have chance, thinking of going to the school and know more about the course. Wish me luck.

Wow people here very good!

The people here is very good to me. I yesterday have dumpling from a lady name lili and today have durian green bean soup from Hema. Both are staying in the same apartment as i am. They are very friendly and help me alot. Their dumpling and desert really taste very nice just like mum's cooking especially the durian green bean soup. Let me master some of the dishes and it will be my time to share some foods with them.

And of cos not to forget my Singapore Family and Friends. Wait for me o! I will come back and cook some of my dishes for you! Love and miss you all always.
